On reality TV, all the people that are being televised are good looking, no matter what show you watch. Since this is true, why is it called reality TV? This fact is not just on MTV, but also on The Apprentice. It was stated that all the contestants being chosen had to not only be intelligent, but also attractive. I know that more attractive people make rating go up, but I think that discrimination is wrong. I would feel devastated if I applied to be on The Apprentice because I had lost my job and had a chance to work for Trump, but was denied because wasn’t attractive enough. Even though it’s the business of TV, I think that they should change the shows objective if they are denying people on their looks and not their qualities.
